Council passed the basic sciences (one of formations scientific academy) and which comprises elite of Egypt's scientists and experts in all aspects of basic science Ge its meeting held on 29.04.2014 the proposed model, entitled "Study for the establishment of a center of excellence in the field of Polymer Research and Applications", as well as the proposal submitted entitled "model study for the establishment of a center of excellence in the fields of political science" in their image and the final Aaadadaha who have been through the problem of the working group of the Council of Gentlemen:
Prof. Dr. / Mahmoud Tharwat El-Sherbini emeritus professor of physics at the Faculty of Science, Cairo University
Prof. Dr. / Adel Shehata Bassiouni head of the National Institute for Measurement and Calibration
Prof. Dr. / Jalaluddin Hamza Albay Professor of Organic Chemistry, Faculty of Science, Helwan University
